SOCRATES

SOCRATES Study: A scientific research to better understand what parents experience after the birth of a child.

Are you expecting a child or have you recently experienced the birth of your baby? The birth of a child is a unique and transformative experience that can influence your physical, mental, and sexual well-being. In Switzerland, there is little data on how parental well-being evolves after childbirth. The Socrates study aims to bridge this gap and better understand the experiences of parents during the first year following birth.
Are you due to give birth between March and June 2025? Your midwife or doctor will invite you to join the study!
Together, let’s advance knowledge for the well-being of parents and children.
